b) A deposit may be required for certain services.
c) Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless agreed otherwise.
d) Late payments may incur additional fees.
e) All pricing is in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and inclusive of GST where applicable.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
a) Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
b) Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee.
c) We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather conditions.
5. Liability and Warranty
a) We take reasonable care when providing our services. However, Cleanscape Property Solutions is not liable for pre-existing damage or any damage resulting from conditions beyond our control.
b) We do not provide warranties beyond what is required by New Zealand consumer law.
c) Clients are responsible for securing fragile items and notifying us of any specific concerns before service commencement.
